Lee R. Carr II
Mr. Carr concentrates his law practice on elder law, estate planning, guardianship, probate, Medicare, Medicaid, and disability issues.
Carr graduated cum laude from Stetson University College of Law. He earned his degree with a Concentration in Elder Law and was honored with the prestigious Mathew Bender Elder Law Book Award.
He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys, the Elder Law Section of The Florida Bar, The St. Petersburg Bar Association and the St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Carr co-hosted “Legal Waves – Keeping You On The Straight And Narrow!”, an entertaining and informative radio show on AM 1340 in the Tampa Bay area.

Kenneth W. Lark
Mr. Lark concentrates his law practice on health law, mediation, real estate and litigation. He is a Registered Nurse (license maintained since 1982).
Mr. Lark graduated Magna cum laude from the Florida State University College of Law and is a member of the Tampa Bay Chapter of the American Association of Nurse Attorneys (past President); Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers: American Trial Lawyers Association; The St. Petersburg Bar Association and the Florida Bar.
